Do customers need an app?
No. Customers can tap with NFC or scan the QR code.
Can I use my own Google review link?
Yes. When the product arrives, simply scan or tap the QR/NFC to start the activation process, register or log in with your email, and enter your Google review link.
What if a phone does not support NFC?
The printed QR code works as a universal backup.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. QRLynk review stands and plates are a one-time purchase unless you request a custom managed setup.
Can I order for multiple locations?
Yes. Contact us for bulk orders, agencies, franchises, restaurants, salons, and multi-location businesses.
Can I change the destination later?
Yes. You can log in with your email at any time to update your destination link or edit your profile.
Can I offer incentives for reviews?
No. Use QRLynk products to request honest customer feedback neutrally. Do not offer discounts, gifts, or incentives in exchange for reviews.
