Return and refund policy

QRLynk is operated by Ebanux, Inc. from Weston, Florida, US. If you need help with a return, email info@a-qr.link.

30-day return window

We accept returns of eligible standard catalog items within 30 days after delivery.

Return condition

Returned items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or installation may not be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

Email info@a-qr.link with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with next steps during support hours.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@a-qr.link with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom and bulk orders

Custom printed, private-label, special-order, and approved bulk custom orders may be final sale unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Quote terms for custom orders may include additional return limitations.

30-Day Business Trial

The QRLynk 30-Day Business Trial does not require a return if you decide not to continue. You may keep the physical trial product, but the QRLynk digital activation for that trial product may be disabled after the trial period. The regular product price is charged only if you choose to continue, and the $4.99 trial shipping contribution is credited toward the final purchase price.

No restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns of eligible standard catalog items.
