QRLynk is operated by Ebanux, Inc. from Weston, Florida, US.

Where we ship

We currently ship standard online orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available through checkout at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders placed through our Shopify store.

The QRLynk 30-Day Business Trial is a separate program and requires a $4.99 trial shipping contribution for approved trial requests. If you choose to continue after the trial, that amount is credited toward the final product price.

Processing time

Most standard catalog orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Custom, bulk, or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which we will confirm before or after quote approval.

Estimated delivery time

After an order ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at info@a-qr.link. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Setup instructions

QRLynk products include setup instructions in the package. No app or monthly subscription is required for standard self-activation.
